Hamilton’s original Peggy Schuyler, Jasmine Cephas Jones, has landed a recurring role in HBO’s upcoming series Mrs. Fletcher, according to Deadline. The new comedy is adapted from The Leftovers writer Tom Perrotta’s bestselling novel of the same name, about a 46-year-old single divorcee whose online interests begin to upend her suburban existence.

Starring Kathryn Hahn (I Love Dick) as Eve Fletcher, Mrs. Fletcher is created by Perrota and directed and executive produced by Nicole Holofcener.

The cast also includes Jackson White as Eve's son, Casey Wilson, Owen Teague and Jen Richards. Jones, whose television roles also include Mistress America and Girls, will play a student who runs a support group for students who have family members with autism.

In the novel Mrs. Fletcher, Eve Fletcher is trying to figure out what comes next after her only child has just left for college. While serving as Executive Director of the local senior center by day and taking a community college course on Gender and Society at night, she can’t curtail her own interest in a porn website called MILFateria.com, which features the erotic exploits of ordinary, middle-aged women like herself. Before long, her online interests begin to spill over into real life.
