F*ck Marry Kill, a new comedy by James Presson, is set to begin performances Off-Broadway October 27 with Less Than Rent Theatre. The cast, starring Lilly Englert, Alex Breaux, and Robbie Collier Sublett, gathered to create the show’s promotional artwork with photographer Russ Rowland.
Playwright James Presson notes, “The ad highlights the the idea of teen romance as contact sport — kids who so desperately want to connect, that they're willing to do so in the form of collision. The presentational staging evokes a Renaissance painting, calling on the play's Elizabethan roots and setting up a stark contrast with the brightly colored varsity lettering of the title.”
