The 25th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, hosted by Megan Mullally, were held January 27 at the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium Expo Hall.

Three-time Tony winner Glenn Close continued her award-winning streak, taking home an Actor statuette following Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice awards for her performance in The Wife. Similarly, Darren Criss, most recently on Broadway in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, picked up a SAG Award for his work in The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story; Criss was previously honored with Golden Globe, Emmy, and Critics’ Choice awards for playing serial killer Andrew Cunanan in the FX series.

Tony Shalhoub, who won a Tony for his performance in the Tony-winning Best Musical The Band's Visit, was also honored with the SAG award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series for his work as Abe Weissman in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Also honored with individual awards were Mahershala Ali, Emily Blunt, and Rami Malek for performances in motion pictures, and Patricia Arquette, Jason Bateman, Rachel Brosnahan, and Sandra Oh for performances in television.

Tom Hanks presented Alan Alda with the 55th Life Achievement Award.
