The classic Neil Simon comedy Barefoot in the Park is directed by Jessica Stone (Ken Ludwig’s Robin Hood!, Arms and the Man, and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike at the Globe). Performances of the play about newlyweds struggling to adapt to married life in Manhattan are July 28–August 26 in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre at the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego.
The cast includes Kerry Bishé as Corie Bratter, Jere Burns as Victor Velasco, Mia Dillon as Mrs. Ethel Banks, and Chris Lowell as Paul Bratter, with John Garcia as Deliveryman and Jake Millgard as Telephone Repairman.
The creative team includes Tobin Ost (Scenic Design), David Israel Reynoso (Costume Design), Amanda Zieve (Lighting Design), Lindsay Jones (Sound Design), Caparelliotis Casting (Casting), and Libby Unsworth (Production Stage Manager).
