Continuing its series shining the spotlight on Broadway’s unsung heroes, The Ensemblist presents a Legacy Robe tribute honoring ensemble members from Kiss Me, Kate, The Prom, and more.
The popular platform welcomed Marty Lawson (King Kong), J. Elaine Marcos (Gettin’ The Band Back Together), Ryan Worsing (The Cher Show), Vasthy Mompoint (The Prom) and Justin Prescott (Kiss Me, Kate) to New York’s Winnie’s Jazz Bar for a glam photoshoot.
“Success in the theatrical industry can often fleeting. Through their talents, skills and tenacity, these five actors have found a way to survive and thrive as professional artists. These five performers share more than 30 Broadway credits spanning a cumulative 75 years,” Ensemblist creator Mo Brady explains. “We celebrated their longevity and perseverance with a photoshoot in collaboration with Frozen's Jacob Smith and one of our favorite swanky Midtown haunts, Winnie's Jazz Bar.”
