The Broadway actor, who currently plays Elphaba in the international hit musical at the Gershwin Theatre, is featured in a special edition of ABC's 20/20, entitled The Real Rookies. The September 25 broadcast will showcase the inspiring stories of those who, despite challenges, took the leap of faith necessary to follow their dreams and start new careers later in life.
