On Tuesday, January 16th, 2018, Seneca Valley High School Theater Arts Teacher Joanna Chilcoat Fellows presented her testimony to the Montgomery County Public Schools Board of Education to save funding for the Arts which are CUT in the proposed budget for FY 2018-2019. Her compelling performance mimics the style of famous song, "Alexander Hamilton" from the renowned Broadway musical, Hamilton.
