Broadway gets a new look at Catfish Row, with fresh dramatic perspective and a cast boasting Norm Lewis, Audra McDonald and David Alan Grier, in The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess. Directed by Diane Paulus, the classic folk opera has music by George Gershwin, lyrics by his brother Ira and a book and lyrics by DuBose and Dorothy Heyward.
