Aladdin features songs cut from the 1992 animated film and will draw upon the original plot and character concepts that lyricist Howard Ashman pitched to Disney. Cast members include Adam Jacobs, Courtney Reed, James Monroe Iglehart and Jonathan Freeman — who voiced the character in the film — as Jafar.
