SYNOPSIS:

In the mid-1600s, a pair of young lovers are caught up in Oliver Cromwell’s brutal ethnic cleansing campaign against Irish Catholics. Englishman Robert and his Irish wife Madeleine are united by a passionate love; but will it be strong enough to withstand the powerful forces closing in on them? Soon both may have to make the most difficult of choices.
