Production Manager/Stage Manager for 2025 Season

• Produce and maintain season production calendar, contact sheets and daily schedules.

• Run rehearsals and performances of mainstage productions as well as special events.

• Facilitate communication across all departments.

• Manage communication with visiting artists.

• Knowledge of basic lighting, projection, and sound equipment.

• Conversant in q lab, SFX and Vector works.

• Ability to read a ground plan and hang a light plot.

• Ability to run a crew.

• Excellent communication skills and a sense of humor are essential.

• During our 20-week season, Ancram Center expects to produce two mainstage productions, each with 3 weeks rehearsal/2 weeks performances (Thu-Sun schedule), 2 new play development workshops, each lasting one week, and approximately 6 one-day special events, including readings, music concerts, community storytelling performances, etc. Administrative responsibilities can be executed remotely.
