Production Coordinator

Full-Time

SUMMARY

Atlantic Theater Company, an award winning non-profit Off-Broadway theater, is seeking a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator supports the production management team, working closely with the School Production Manager (PM), General Management, Operations, and Finance to administrate the production needs of all programming and reports to the Director of Production (DOP).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

● Attend all meetings as determined by the PM of each project

● Assist the DOP in creating production calendars, contracts, budgets, and associated paperwork

● Assist with hiring of all production staff

● Provide necessary information about new overhire employees for HR and Finance colleagues to execute contracting, onboarding, and fee payments/payroll

● Work with DOP to manage financial transactions for the production department, including invoices, reconciling cash advances, purchase cards and reimbursements, and reconciling all production-related budget lines

● Support all areas of the production department with miscellaneous needs such as receiving deliveries, coordinating shipping, loading materials in/out, shopping, and materials research

● Maintain all Production related files, including contact sheets and email distribution lists

● Stand in for DOP for meetings as needed and serve as point of reference for production related questions

Key Qualifications:

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail on both a macro and micro level

● Creative problem-solving

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to set and meet deadlines by both prioritizing and delegating

● Excellent computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft/Google Suites and cloud based platforms Google Drive/Dropbox

● Fluency in Excel/Gsheets is required

● A working knowledge of accounting, payroll (specifically Paycom) and BILL/Divvy related programs is a plus

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, not within any collective bargaining unit, with a salary of $52,000 and a full benefit package including paid time off, health, dental and optional employee-contributed vision insurance, life insurance, long and short-term disability upon eligibility, a Flexible Spending Account, and Transit Check Benefits.
