SEEKING

Equity chorus singers for roles in MY FAIR LADY.

Production will be utilizing a 10-person cast and significant doubling is anticipated. All listed roles may play/double other roles.

All roles are listed on the EPA notice (taking place on 12/8) and among the presumable Chorus roles are the following. Performers interested in any role are welcome to attend either the EPA or ECCs or both.

SEEKING:

[HARRY AND OTHERS] 20s-40s, male, any race/ethnicity. Tenor. One of Alfred’s rapscallion buddies.

[JAMIE AND OTHERS] 30s-50s, male, any race/ethnicity. Baritone. One of Alfred’s rapscallion buddies.

[MRS. PEARCE AND OTHERS] 40+, female, mezzo-soprano, any race/ethnicity. Mrs. Pearce, loyal and warm mistress of the Higgins house who balances his gruff demeanor.

[MRS. HIGGINS AND OTHERS] 50+, female, soprano/alto, as cast, any race/ethnicity. Henry Higgins’ wealthy, genteel, cunning mother.

[MRS. HOPKINS AND OTHERS] 20s-40s, female, soprano/alto, any race/ethnicity.


PREPARATION

Please prepare a brief selection (16 bars or so) in the style of, or from, the show. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring a picture/resume.
