We’re looking to fill our Runner & Office Assistant position.


Runner. ($18.5/hr)

Looking for someone who’s resourceful, a problem solver and can think ahead. Driven, focused, and charismatic with a genuine passion for arts and culture. Our ticket runners are quick and efficient when acquiring, and delivering tickets. They manage their time wisely and are able to prioritize under tight deadlines, and are often on their feet for long hours as they get the job done.

Other qualifications include:

Excellent communication skills.
A positive, determined and confident approach.
Proactive and flexible personality with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
Knowledge of NYC theater and other entertainment events is preferred.
Flexible weekend availability is ideal.

Willingness to work OUTDOORS in all weather elements is a must.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant for an Entertainment Entrepreneur who also works in Real Estate. You will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day office operations. This includes assisting with administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and providing general support to the team. This position requres work from Wednesday-Sunday.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Communicating with clients.
Running errands and hosting open houses.
Posting and engaging on social media.
Working with random tasks.
Running out to make purchases.
Working on the go.

Assistant Requirements:

Must be organized.
In-depth understanding of Google services, calendar management, and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask.
Good project management skills.
Must be personable and have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
A minimum of at least one year experience.
Some sales experience is a plus.
Able to be on your feet often.
Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday this is non-neogtiable, please don't apply unless you can work these days.

$20+ per hour (30-40 hours a week)
