  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and project-tracking skills.
  • Leadership experience, including staff oversight or team coordination.
  • Ability to direct daily operations and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Independent and team-oriented work ethic, initiative, and interpersonal finesse.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
  • Experience using Canva.
  • Visual design expertise and creative storytelling skills.
  • Photography and video editing experience.
  • Adaptable schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, or extended hours as needed.

Key Functions:
The Marketing Manager will:

  • Oversee the daily functions of the marketing department and supervise the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Guide internal timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Develop and carry out strategic campaigns to promote shows, programs, and events.
  • Design and update digital and print materials such as advertisements, signage, and social graphics.
  • Lead the production and distribution of email campaigns using WordFly, including audience surveys and performance-related messaging.
  • Extract and segment patron data from Tessitura to support targeted outreach.

  • Organize production and delivery schedules for promotional materials.
  • Refresh website content and ensure consistent visual presentation across platforms.
  • Gather content and assets for programs, newsletters, and show-related publications.
  • Conceptualize and roll out single-ticket promotions, collaborations, and audience engagement efforts.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives, particularly with the Development and Education teams.
  • Liaise with printers, media buyers, and outside vendors to coordinate services and campaigns.
