DESCRIPTION

TheaterWorksUSA is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for the spring term. This position is ideal for a college student looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications within a dynamic theater environment. You’ll assist in promoting productions, engaging audiences, and supporting the overall marketing strategy for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns

· Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking

· Help maintain and update website content, newsletters, and press materials

· Participate in brainstorming sessions for audience engagements and community outreach initiatives

· Coordinate with the production staff to promote upcoming shows and events

· Assist with administrative and organizational marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications

· Current college student eligible to receive course credit for the internship

· Background in marketing, communications or theater (theater experience preferred but not required)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
