On Behalf of the General Managers, TT Partners, Aurora Productions is currently seeking a Head Audio/Mixer for the National Touring production of OPERATION MINCEMEAT. The Head Audio/Mixer supervises the load-in, load-out, and operation of all technical aspects of the production. Operation Mincemeat will be a 4 truck tour with a same day load in.

Responsibilities include:
· Leader of the Audio Department.
· Works with Head Carpenter to Advance Venues
· Oversee and designate tasks to the A2 and local crew in the department.
· Assists with truck loading/unloading on load ins and outs.
· Tunes the room in every venue to make the sound system agree with the venues acoustics and runs the sound check prior to the first performance with Cast and Orchestra.

Qualifications:
· Mix the live show to the standards required by the Sound Designer.
· 2-4 years of experience with live theatrical mixing of a First National Tour.
· Excellent communication, management and collaboration skills are a must.
· Strong understanding of signal flow, show control playback, Avid consoles, Sure Wireless, array calculations.
