SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Submit video of two contrasting contemporary monologues (less than 4 minutes total) along with headshot and one page resume. If you are interested in FIRST DATE, please also submit two short, contrasting musical pieces (16 bars minimum, combined not to exceed three minutes). Videos should be submitted via link through YouTube, Vimeo, or any accessible streaming service.

Trisha – 30s- former best friend of the bride, cynical about marriage and romance.
Meredith – sister of the bride, early 20s, precocious and rebellious, hiding a darker secret.
Mindy – late 20s/early 30s, wisecracking lesbian sister of the groom.
Georgette – friend of the bride, trapped in a disappointing marriage and yearning for something better.
Frances – early 20s sheltered religious cousin of the bride
Tripp – late 20s/early 30s groomsman, charming, observant, and persistent.

Jack Ludwig, Male, 30-35. Drafted into the Army in WWII, US Army captain Jack Ludwig is a medic stationed in Oregon. Jewish, raised in Pennsylvania, practical and reserved, a bit proper and shy about dating.
Louise Rabiner, Female; mid 20s, outgoing, vivacious, stylish and likeable, passionate young dancer and actress. Speaks her mind with intelligence and humor. Full of hope. Jewish, Brooklyn born and raised.

Elizabeth, late 20s-late 30s– The patient adopted sister of Victor and his eventual – and tragic – bride
Justine/Mate/Mother, 20s-40 – Three key female figures in Victor’s life
