Work part-time from home in support of the Performing Arts!

If you have Fundraising/Sales experience and a passion for the Performing Arts, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate Carnegie Hall fundraising team!

DCM Inc. is a leading telemarketing firm, raising millions for arts organizations for over 25 years. We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our call team and help our prestigious client continue to thrive. We’re looking for energetic personalities, fundraisers and salespeople. We proudly work in support of Carnegie Hall’s unrivaled music education and outreach programs that annually serve over half a million children nationwide.

We are currently accepting applications for new team members who meet the following criteria:

Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.

• No cold calling -- all leads are Carnegie Hall concertgoers and/or current/lapsed donors.
• Fully remote/WFH -- all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer
• Receiving feedback/coaching from your Manager is to be expected; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity

You must be computer savvy and are required to have:

• Desktop or laptop
• High Speed Internet
• Headset with microphone

You MUST be:

• Articulate and persuasive, be able to follow a script, memorize it and sound authentic and natural
• Someone who can consistently CLOSE SALES and RAISE MONEY
  
  

If hired, you MUST:

• Be available to attend paid training on: Mon 12/8 and Tue 12/9 (BOTH days requried)
• Be able to work 16 hours per week:
  • Mondays through Thursdays 5pm-9pm Eastern Time and Fridays & Saturdays 12pm-4pm Eastern Time.
    
    
• You MUST be working from one of the following states to be eligible: NY, NJ, CT, MA, IL, CA

Compensation: $14/HR plus commission 3%-7.5%, GUARANTEED STATE MINIMUM
