DESCRIPTION
Erased: The Musical is a jazz-infused, Broadway-style production set in Tulsa’s historic Greenwood District in 1921. The story follows Audrey Stone, a bold young woman who inherits her father’s speakeasy after his death in the Tulsa massacre and must fight to protect her legacy, her independence, and her community against social pressure and political opposition.
Blending romance, big-band jazz energy, and raw emotion, Erased features 19 original songs and explores themes of love, ownership, perseverance, and generational healing while honoring a powerful and often overlooked chapter of American history. This Atlanta-based staging will feature a diverse cast of principal and ensemble roles, with opportunities for strong singers, dancers, and actors.
