As an artist in NYC, you never know what your schedule is going to look like in a given week. Auditions, callbacks, and self-tape submission opportunities could pop up at any time, and you need the comfort of knowing you can be fully available for them no matter what.
The absolute last thing you need as an artist is the stress of having to find a coworker who's willing to cover a shift for you, or the fear of being fired because you were brave enough to choose the opportunity of a lifetime over your shift at your day job.
That's where we come in. The Worthwhile promise is that you'll never miss an audition, callback, or major artistic opportunity because of your job with us. You'll pick up shifts only on the days you feel like working, and you can call out for auditions up to the minute before your shift starts. All we ask in return is that you help create lasting memories for our clients and their guests whenever you can work.

Pay Scale
For Server shifts
$24/hour starting wage.
$26/hour after 15 shifts worked.
$28/hour after 40 shifts worked.
$30/hour after 80 shifts worked.
For Brand Ambassador shifts
$30/hour wage
For Bartender shifts
$26/hour starting wage
$28/hour after 10 shifts worked.
$30/hour after 25 shifts worked.
For Server Assistant shifts
$22/hour wage
For Head Server shifts
$35/hour
For Captain shifts
$35/hour starting wage.
$40/hour after 10 shifts worked.
Up to $45/hour depending on position and job title.
