Community Management Intern (Broadway Focus)
Part-Time Internship | $20/hour | 15–20 hours per week | Mostly Remote + occasional in person as needed

Ideally available Monday–Thursday, 10am–2pm (additional flexible hours as needed).

Our team partners with productions, artists, and theatre brands to craft engaging digital content that builds community, drives excitement, and celebrates the magic of live theatre through fan-forward content. We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented intern to join our team and help bring Broadway’s biggest stories to life online.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute creative ideas for social campaigns, fan engagement strategies, and storytelling approaches
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support for the social media and content teams
- Assist in content scheduling, posting, and asset management across multiple platforms
- Help track analytics, engagement, and trends within the Broadway and theatre fandom space
- Support photo/video shoots, event coverage, and other creative activations as needed
- Maintain accurate records, calendars, and communication between clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across large projects
- A creative thinker with an eye for what engages theatre fans online
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for Broadway and theatre fandom culture — you know what excites audiences and why
Details
- Pay: $20/hour
- Hours: 15–20 hours/week
- Schedule: Required availability Monday–Thursday, 10am–2pm
- Location: Mostly remote with occasional in person events in New York City
