Nine-year-old Issie Swickle will soon star in the upcoming touring production of Annie. To play the iconic red-headed orphan, Swickle recently had her long brown hair cut and colored at the studio of the show's Hair/Wig Designer. The extra hair will be donated to Locks of Love.
