Hello Playbill! Come along with me during my two-show day for MCC's Small Engine Repair at the Lucille Lortel Theatre in the West Village.

When I first came to NYC my friend Reeve Carney took me to La BonBonniere. They have the best chocolate pancakes and coffee is infinite. The guys that run the place always make me feel like I am home. It's now a staple for me to eat a huge breakfast here.

It's a dream come true to start my NY stage debut here. There's a star walk in front of it with some of my favorite playwrights. I also get greeted by some fans outside the stage door. They're a little young for the play but their parents said it was ok.

As we get ready for the show we sign Playbill programs for MCC donations and subscribers as well as open/answer our fan mail. John "Frank" gets warmed up. This show is VERY physical and it's important for us all to warm up beforehand.

After the first show we get notes and run some moments (since we are still in previews) while we grab some food and take a breather. In the break, I usually lay down and read a book. I am currently reading a book called "Empire of the Summer Moon."

As we run our notes with our director Jo Bonney pictured below, we grab a couple bites of food and swigs of coffee.

Even though they were under the recommended age- their parents let them see it. Here are some fans greeting me as I left the first performance. Supporting theatre and loved the show.

After our 2nd show we're all pretty spent. The cast is very close. Jo comes up to talk notes and also give us a personal congratulations. And as I exit the stage door I see myself on T-shirts. Awesome fans. My favorite place to go after is Joe's Pizza.
