Pictured are three of Waiting in the Wings' ladies: Crista Moore who plays a young journalist, Lauren Bacall, who stars as new resident Lotta Bainbridge, and Elizabeth Wilson, who plays the cheerily optimistic Bonita Belgrave. Noel Coward's comedy Waiting in the Wings concerns Lotta Bainbridge (Bacall), newest resident at "The Wings," a retirement home for actresses, and former fierce rival to Rosemary Harris' May Davenport. It is the American premiere for the play, which opened at Broadway's Walter Kerr Theatre Dec. 16, the centennial of Coward's birthday.
