Video Watch My Fair Lady’s Linda Mugleston Play ‘Dialect Roulette' The Broadway veteran puts her dialect skills to good use reciting famous theatre lines in every accent Playbill could throw at her.

Linda Mugleston is a true Broadway veteran; Lincoln Center Theater’s current revival of My Fair Lady marks her twelfth Main Stem production. She is the ensemblist and understudy extraordinaire, having covered the roles of Hildy in On The Town, Lilli Vanessi/Katharine in Kiss Me, Kate, the Witch in Into the Woods, Ruth Sherwood in Wonderful Town, Frau Blucher in Young Frankenstein, Evangeline Harcourt in Anything Goes, and, most recently, Dolly Gallgher Levi in Hello, Dolly!.

During her two decades on the New York stage, Mugleston has become a master of dialect work and now plays Mrs. Pearce, the housekeeper to Professor Henry Higgins—her first time originating a role on Broadway.
