American Greed: The Phantom Fraudster of Broadway airs August 11 at 10 PM on CNBC.
The show’s producer, Ben Sprecher, sent a blind-copied email regarding the upcoming segment. Sprecher said he declined CNBC’s requests for interviews.
Originally announced to arrive on Broadway in 2008, Rebecca turned into one of Broadway’s biggest recent scandals following a series of mysterious missteps including fabricated emails, phantom investors, sinister accusations and multiple lawsuits that make the stuff of Broadway drama.
