A new music video from Beetlejuice features Sophia Anne Caruso in the recording studio to sing her solo standout moment, the Act I number “Dead Mom.”

Watch above as Caruso performs the anthem, in which Lydia wishes her mom were still around to help adjust to life without her.

In the Tony-nomianted musical, Lydia’s mom’s death is the catalyst for her obsession with the afterlife, leading to her encounter with Beetlejuice and her new home’s ghostly inhabitants: the Maitlands.

Caruso, title player Alex Brightman, and the full cast recorded an Original Broadway Cast Recording earlier this month; no word yet on a release date.
