Jeremy Strong won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play for An Enemy of the People at the 2024 Tony Awards. Watch Strong react to his win in the video above, in an interview with Playbill's Jeffrey Vizcaíno.
"The reward is the work," Strong says. "The reward is doing the play, and certain performances, certain nights or days, you get transported and carried off somewhere and that's a profound experience. That's really the reward. This is very nice, and I'm honored, but the reward is getting to do it for audiences."
This is the Succession Emmy winner's first Tony win and first Tony nomination. He made his Broadway debut in the 2008 production of A Man for All Seasons.
