PlayBlog "The Daily Show" to Tape at D.C.'s Shakespeare Theatre Company in October Washington politics, theatre and television should mix in a lively mish-mash when "The Daily Show with John Stewart" tapes four episodes at The Shakespeare Theatre Company's Sidney Harman Hall this October. The episodes will air Oct. 25-28 at 11 PM ET on Comedy Central.

"The Daily Show" is taping at the Shakespeare Theatre as part of its "Indecision 2010" coverage of the midterm elections. The show has traditionally left its usual Manhattan taping studio for "Indecision" coverage of both the national party conventions and of midterm elections. The show previously taped episodes in Washington during the 2002 midterms.

"The Daily Show" is hosted by Jon Stewart, and its team of reporters include stage vets Samantha Bee (Love, Loss and What I Wore) and Aasif Mandvi (Oklahoma!, Homebody/Kabul), in addition to Wyatt Cenac, Jason Jones and John Oliver.
