BroadwayCon brought together original cast members from the 1979 Playwrights Horizons premiere of In Trousers, the William Finn musical that precedes March of the Falsettos and Falsettoland, for a special panel January 27.

In Trousers first introduced audiences to the character of Marvin.

“If you think someone is going to do your shows, do your own shows. Don't wait—make your own possibilities,” composer-lyricist Finn said during the panel.
