Before Seussical opened, another comic 'strip' took Manhattan.
This new musical by first-time theatrical composer David Yazbek and veteran writer Terrence McNally opened at the Eugene O'Neill Oct. 26 to much ado. The show is based on the 1997 Oscar-nominationed film with the same name in which six average-looking men who decide to star in a strip show in order to make money.
