The event boasted the talents of Ramirez, Tony Award nominee Montego Glover (Memphis), Tony Award nominee Robin Jesús (In the Heights, La Cage), Emmy Award winner Michael Park ("As the World Turns"), Christopher Jackson (In the Heights), Billy Porter (Angels in America) Natalie Weiss (Everyday Rapture), Audra McDonald and other special guests.
The evening featured direction by Schele Willliams and musical direction by Mary Mitchell Campbell. All proceeds benefit the Al D. Rodriguez Liver Foundation, which honors the close friend of Ramirez and Kressley, who was lost to liver cancer in 2008.
