Originally produced in 1985, The Normal Heart is a searing portrayal of America's AIDS epidemic. At left are director David Esbjornson and Frozen co-star Laila Robins, while below, co-stars Joanna Gleason and Raul Esparza celebrate at the Bowery Bar on East 4th Street in New York City.
The Normal Heart is directed by David Esbjornson, with sets by Eugene Lee, costumes by Jess Goldstein, lights by Ken Billington, and sound by Tony Meola. As reported earlier by Playbill On-Line, producer Hal Luftig is leading a group of investors with aspirations of transfering the production to a commercial run.
