Meredith Willson’s all-American favorite, press notes state, "follows the fast-talking traveling salesman as he cons the people of River City, Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a town band he vows to organize – this despite the fact he doesn’t know a trombone from a treble clef!" Songs include “76 Trombones,” “Till There Was You” and “Trouble.”
