Patti LuPone, Christine Ebersole, and company Joan Marcus

War Paint, the new musical starring Tony Award winners Patti LuPone (Evita, Gypsy) and Christine Ebersole (42nd Street, Grey Gardens) as cosmetic titans Helena Rubinstein and Elizabeth Arden, respectively, began Broadway previews March 7. The production will officially open April 6 at the Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street).
