The recording, which is titled "Only for A While," features 14 unreleased tracks, liner notes by lyricist Dee Shipman, rare photos of Mr. Barton and a hidden bonus track. The track listing for the new disc follows:

The disc concludes with "Hopefully," a song written and performed by Barton's son Edward as a tribute to his late father.
Mr. Barton also appeared on Broadway in The Red Shoes. His numerous international credits include roles in Dance of the Vampires, Beauty and the Beast, Cats, Evita and Jesus Christ Superstar. Mr. Barton died in Germany in 2001, age 47.
