
Kaplan, who will play J. Pierrepont Finch, will be joined by George McDaniel as J. B. Bigley, Libby Servais as Rosemary, Matt DaSilva as Bud Frump, Courtney Daniels as Smitty, Catherine LeFrere as Hedy LaRue and Marcy McGuigan as Miss Jones.
Directed and choreographed by Richard J. Hinds with music direction by Eric Fotre Leach, performances will continue through July 12.
How to Succeed, according to Flat Rock, "follows the ambitious J. Pierrepont Finch, a window washer desperate for success. Finch begins working in the mailroom at the World Wide Wicket Company, but with the help of his 'How to' guidebook, learns how to zoom up the corporate ladder without breaking a sweat."
The musical, which premiered in 1961, features music and lyrics by Frank Loesser with a book by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock and Willie Gilbert.
Other members of the creative team include scenic designer Dennis C. Maulden, lighting designer CJ Barnwell, costume designer Ashli Arnold, sound designer Bryan Delaney, stage manager Bill Muñoz, assistant stage manager Lindsey A. Moss and properties designer Paul Feraldi.
