Douglas' wife, Tony and Academy Award-winning A Little Night Music and "Chicago" star Catherine Zeta-Jones, presents the honor.
Douglas is being recognized for "his monumental achievements and contributions to the American and international theatre community." He is an alumnus of the O'Neill Center.
