News Manheim and Baker Join Cast for Tom Selleck "Jesse Stone" CBS Movie Stage veterans Camryn Manheim and Kathy Baker have joined the cast of the upcoming CBS telefilm "Jesse Stone: Thin Ice," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The TV movie is the fifth installment in the franchise from Sony Pictures Television based on the Robert B. Parker novels. Tom Selleck has starred in all five made-for-TV films.

For the new project, Manheim, Baker and Leslie Hope will be among Selleck's co stars. Selleck will reprise his turn as the titular, small-town police chief opposite Manheim, who plays a woman searching for her child who was taken from the maternity ward. Hope plays an Internal Affairs investigator looking into a Boston incident involving Stone. Baker — who appeared in the previous installment — returns in the role of Rose Gammon.

Shooting begins this month in Nova Scotia, according to the trade mag with no air date yet determined. Selleck and Michael Brandman are executive producing.

Manheim just appeared in The Public Theatre's Shakespeare in the Park run of Romeo and Juliet. The actress earned Emmy Award and Golden Globe wins for her role on ABC's "The Practice" and co-stars on CBS' "Ghost Whisperer." Her stage work includes Off-Broadway's Sin, Missing Persons, Two Gentlemen of Verona, The Triumph of Love, Woyzeck, Stella and Wake Up, I'm Fat. Her film appearances include "Happiness," "Scary Movie 3" and "Marilyn Hotchkiss Ballroom Dancing & Charm School."

Hope appeared in the film version of Eric Bogosian's Talk Radio and has been see on the small screen in "24," "Everwood" and "House." Baker won three Emmys and a Golden Globe for CBS' "Picket Fences" and also appeared on FOX's "Boston Public." Onstage she appeared in the original Off-Broadway runs of Fool for Love and Aunt Dan and Lemon. Her film turns include "Edward Scissorhands," "The Cider House Rules," "Cold Mountain" and "13 Going on 30."

CBS has previously aired "Stone Cold" (2005), "Jesse Stone: Night Passage" (2006), "Jesse Stone: Death in Paradise" (2006) and "Jesse Stone: Sea Change" (2007). Robert Harmon ("Highwaymen") served as director for all. Stage stars Viola Davis (King Hedley II, Intimate Apparel) and Kohl Sudduth (Take Me Out, The Last Days of Judas Iscariot) have appeared in all the films.
