The February 24–March 13 engagement of James Milton and Paul Morrissey's new ghost story, When Darkness Falls, at London's Park Theatre has been postponed due to the new national lockdown that will continue at least through mid-February.
Directed by Morrissey, the production was scheduled to feature Will Barton (The Last Temptation of Boris Johnson) as John Blondel and Alex Phelps (Twelfth Night) as The Speaker.
The theatre's box office will be in touch with ticket holders shortly.
When Darkness Falls is set on the island of Guernsey, where John Blondel, a history teacher, runs the local Historical Society. As part of the Society’s weekly vlog, a young paranormal expert has been invited to give a talk on the island’s paranormal history. As John films, the Speaker’s stories unfold and delve into dark pasts.
When Darkness Falls was to be produced at Park Theatre by Paul Morrissey Limited, Chris Wheeler and Molly Morris, in association with Glynis Henderson Productions, Dawn Smalberg and Bev Ragovoy and Park Theatre.
A mini-tour scheduled for March is currently under review. For more information visit WhenDarknessFalls.co.uk.
