Directed by Emily Mann, the production will officially open Jan. 25 for a limited engagement through Feb. 17.
The cast will feature two-time Obie Award winner and Tony nominee Kathleen Chalfant (Agnes), Tony Award winner John Glover (Tobias), three-time Tony nominee Mary Beth Hurt (Claire), Roberta Maxwell (Edna), James A. Stephens (Harry) and Francesca Faridany (Julia).
"Agnes and Tobias’ precarious suburban lives are shaken when they find themselves facing unexpected houseguests—who plan to stay indefinitely," according to the McCarter.
The production will also have set design by Daniel Ostling, costume design by Jennifer von Mayrhauser, lighting by Lap Chi Chu and stage management by Alison Cote.
