The film, which was directed by Stanley Donen, is available for pre-order from Amazon.com prior to its April 8 release.
The movie centers around a romance between fashion photographer Dick Avery (Astaire) and the shy bookshop clerk Jo Stockton (Hepburn), whom he recruits as a model. Thompson played fashion magazine editor Maggie Prescott.
The film, which features songs by George and Ira Gershwin, including "How Long Has This Been Going On?" and "S'Wonderful," features the title, star (Astaire) and some songs from the 1927 Gershwin stage musical; however, the plot differs greatly.
"Funny Face" was nominated for four Academy Awards, including Best Costume Design, Best Art Direction-Set Decoration, Best Cinematography and Best Writing, Story and Screenplay - Written Directly for the Screen.
