Off-Broadway's Classic Stage Company will present Fay Kanin's Goodbye, My Fancy as the final installment in its Rediscovery Readings series. The performance is set for February 10 at the company's Lynn F. Angelson Theater.

The comedy follows a female U.S. congressperson who returns to her alma mater to accept an honorary degree, only to find herself acting like a teenager all over again. Casting is to be announced.

Jess Chayes (Jane Anger) will direct.

CSC's Rediscovery Readings series presents works from female playwrights who shaped the American theatre. Past offerings have included Zona Gale's Miss Lulu Bett; an evening of short plays featuring works by Susan Glaspell, Alice Childress, and Josefina Niggli; and Carton McCullers' The Member of the Wedding.

The company will present Childress' Wine in the Wilderness beginning in March, with William Inge's Bus Stop (a co-production with NAATCO and Transport Group) following in May.
