Cincinnati Symphony Appoints Principal Oboist
The Cincinnati Symphony has named Liang Wang its principal oboist.
Wang, who will take up the position in September, is currently the principal oboist of the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra and the Santa Fe Opera Orchestra. He studied at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing and the Curtis Institute in Philadelphia.
