The evening will honor Tony and Emmy Award-winning artist/activist Harry Belafonte, acting duo Anne Meara and Jerry Stiller, and real-estate developer David Steiner.
Belafonte will be honored for his "lifelong career as artist and activist" with the Lee Strasberg Artistic Achievement Award, while Stiller and Meara will receive The Actors Fund Medal of Honor for their "long-time commitment to The Fund." Steiner, a trustee since 2006, will also receive The Fund’s Medal of Honor for his "service to the national human services organization."
A tribute performance, with artists to be announced, will also be part of the evening.
The gala will begin at 6 PM with cocktails with dinner and entertainment at 7 PM.
