Adam Driver is back on Broadway in the Tony-nominated revival of Lanford Wilson’s Burn This. The role marks Driver’s return to Broadway after an eight-year hiatus, during which he earned acclaim for his work on HBO’s Girls and, most recently, an Oscar nomination for BlacKkKlansman.
A graduate of Juilliard, Driver made his Broadway debut in Mrs. Warren’s Profession alongside Cherry Jones and followed that up with Man and Boy alongside Frank Langella.
But as for the performances he’s seen that have most impacted him, he names the work of four other actors: Bill Irwin, Fiona Shaw, Paul Giamatti, and Sheldon Woodley.
