The hit musical received awards for Outstanding Broadway Musical, Outstanding Director of a Musical (Jack O’Brien), Outstanding Costume Design (William Ivey Long), Outstanding Actress in a Musical (Marissa Jaret Winokur) and Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical (Dick Latessa).
