Lincoln Center Theater’s Broadway production of Oslo will offer an online ticket lottery. A limited number of $39 tickets will be made available to winners for every performance of J.T. Rogers’ political drama, set to begin March 23 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater.
Olso, which details the secret peace talks that took place between Israel and the PLO in Norway in 1993, is set to open officially April 13. The play arrives on Broadway following an acclaimed engagement at LCT’s Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater and reunites the entire original Off-Broadway cast, including two-time Tony winner Jennifer Ehle and Tony winner Jefferson Mays as the couple that orchestrated the meetings.
Entries for the online lottery will be accepted online at oslobroadwaylottery.com beginning one week prior to any given performance. Winners will be notified by email or text by 10:05 AM the day prior to the performance.
Regularly priced tickets ranging from $79-$149 are available at the Vivian Beaumont Theater box office, by calling (212) 239-6200, or visiting Telecharge.com or lct.org.
Tony winner Bartlett Sher directs a cast that also includes Michael Aronov, Anthony Azizi, Adam Dannheisser, Daniel Jenkins, Dariush Kashani, Jeb Kreager, Christopher McHale, Daniel Oreskes, Angela Pierce, Henny Russell, Joseph Siravo, and T. Ryder Smith.
