Broadway News Miss Saigon and Come From Away Will Offer Special Actors Fund Performances Proceeds from a performance of both shows will benefit the non-profit organization.

The new musical Come From Away and the Broadway revival of the international hit Miss Saigon will offer special performances to benefit the Actors Fund of America.

The 8 PM performance of Miss Saigon on May 24 at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway), as well as the July 9 7:30 PM performance of Come From Away, which plays the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 W. 45th St.), will benefit the non-profit organization.

The Actors Fund, which was founded in 1882, provides for the social welfare of all entertainment professionals. Its broad spectrum of programs include comprehensive social services, health services, supportive and affordable housing, employment and training services, and skilled nursing and assisted living care. The Fund also makes emergency grants for essential needs.
